How Do I Clean My Viaje Bags?

To wash your Viaje makeup bag, follow these simple steps:

Items must be returned undamaged, and within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the product(s) are unused and in original condition. For health and hygiene reasons, returns that do not meet these criteria cannot be accepted and will not be refunded.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage, including a tracking number, and that your parcel is insured for the full value of the items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for lost or missing parcels, any issues will need to be resolved directly with your chosen courier.
